Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving your order except on weekends and bank holidays, orders will be processed on the next working day.

We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock within 1-5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.

Please note: that during particularly busy periods, it may take a little longer to receive your delivery and our carrier may attempt to deliver to you on a Saturday or Sunday.

Working days are defined as Monday-Friday 8am-8pm inclusive, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

Please ensure your address details are correct at the time of ordering to avoid items being shipped to the incorrect addresses. We cannot be held responsible if you have purchased an item and given us the incorrect delivery address.

Please note: For larger items such as sofas, beds and other home furniture the courier drivers are not insured to carry items upstairs/into a property. This includes inside of flats they will only be able to deliver the item to the front main entrance of the building itself.

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to British Forces P.O. boxes or military bases, Southern/Northern Ireland, Freight Forwarders, international addresses or The Channel Islands (GY, JE), Please check the items description for more details as some products may vary on their delivery times and locations where delivery is not possible.

We will endeavour to meet our quoted delivery dates, however, please be aware occasional delays beyond our control can delay deliveries i.e. weather, traffic, etc. If such delays occur we will contact you as soon as is possible to advise of the likely delivery timescale. We are unable to compensate for delayed deliveries

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Damages
Gosh-Homestore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
Gosh-Homestore does not ship internationally.
